Process to Sell a Unit

If you are planning to sell your unit, you must inform us in advance so we can help process paperwork in a timely manner.  Please keep us as part of your plans.

  1. Request a Letter from the SBRM office Office@sapphirebeach-resort.com to document the open balance on your account.
  2. Inform the Office if there is an agent who is authorized to act on your behalf to receive and provide official documents.
  3. Provide a completed “Sales Data” form to the Office which includes the name and contact information of the buyer so she can set them up with Bill & Pay.
  4. Provide Closing Documents so the Deed documenting the new owner is on record with the office. The office needs to know if the unit is in the name of a business or an individual, etc.
  5. You will continue to receive bills until the Sales Data form and Closing Documents / Deed are received by the Office!
